2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo at Hoodoo Tattoos. Valid government-issued identification is required at the time of your appointment. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances.

3. Booking and Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are applied to the total cost of your tattoo.
• Failure to attend your appointment without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Health and Safety

For your safety and the quality of your tattoo:

• Do not consume alcohol or drugs before your appointment.
• Inform your artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or unwell.
• You must follow all aftercare instructions provided by your artist.

5. Design and Copyright

• Custom designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Hoodoo Tattoos and the artist.
• We do not copy other artists' work. Please bring reference images for style inspiration only.
• We may photograph your completed tattoo for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you opt out.

6. Touch-Ups and Corrections

We offer one complimentary touch-up within 3 months of your original session, provided you have followed proper aftercare instructions. Additional corrections or modifications may incur additional charges.

7. Liability

Tattooing carries inherent risks. By receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Hoodoo Tattoos is not liable for any adverse reactions, infections, or complications that may occur, provided all safety protocols have been followed.

8. Pricing

• Prices are quoted based on design complexity, size, and estimated time.
• Final pricing may vary based on the actual work involved.
• Payment is due upon completion of your tattoo session.
• We accept cash and major credit cards.

9. Conduct

We maintain a respectful and professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave who behaves inappropriately, disrespectfully, or disruptively.

10. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
